Here’s the summary of December’s UN climate change talks in Copenhagen: policy, activism, and future developments.
There is an overview of what was hoped for at the conference from Graham Saul, executive director of Climate Action Network Canada, a review of Canada’s image at the conference, as well as the CYD’s actions, including the sit-in. The “Copenhagen Accord” is discussed, including the reaction of developing countries and the resulting protest. Finally, a discussion of what should happen in the coming months, as well as final thoughts on the two-week conference are presented.
